I can't stress enough that going back east and clearing out my parents house to sell it ( after the death of

escrow ( I was back in California before the signing of the contract ) Mary handled them right away and
notified me about every little detail. All the paper work I needed to sign was delivered promptly to me with
clear instructions and taken care of on her end when returned to her.
